Dr. Christian Robertozzi

Dr. Christian Robertozzi, PT, DPT, OCS is a 2010 Regis University graduate who has been in private practice since 2017. As the owner of Bentonville Physical Therapy Specialists, Dr. Robertozzi became intimately familiar with the business side of his practice. In doing so, he quickly learned that being responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy and the billing was next to impossible in a 50-55 hour work week. Something had to change. After being constantly disappointed by remote billing services that had no accountability or interest in the financial health of his business, he decided to go out on his own and co-found Total Care PT Billing Solutions. With the help of PROMPT EMR and a highly trained staff, Dr. Robertozzi was able to completely walk away from the billing side of his practice and resume a 40 hour work week as a practitioner. Now, he gets a monthly report that tells him the exact health of his clinic in terms of revenue received/owed, patient visits, physician referrals, therapist productivity, highest grossing CPT codes, etc. Efficient billing has become one of his greatest passions and he wants to help other clinic owners experience the same relief he has enjoyed. When Dr. Robertozzi isn’t helping patients or other physical therapists, you can find him spending time with his beautiful wife, Stephanie, and their two amazing children, Ruby and CJ. They enjoy spending time together riding bikes, eating ice cream and playing soccer.

Ashton Moore

Ashton graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Business Marketing degree in 2001. From there he played an intricate part in starting an athlete development program in OKC, OK. In 2004 he decided to make a career change and took a job in Tulsa, OK doing medical device sales, after quickly moving up within the organization, he was relocated to NW Arkansas. Realizing there was an opportunity in such a rapidly growing community, Ashton decided to roll the dice and start his own medical device distribution company in 2006. After struggling for several years, he found that the key to succeeding was building a team of like minded individuals and soon found success. He has since then started and operated multiple companies throughout his tenure, all within the medical/healthcare space. Most recently, in 2018, he was the lead co-founder of a Physical Therapy clinic in Bentonville, AR. He and his partner soon realized that one of the keys to success with a PT clinic, was the billing aspect. Through trial and error of multiple third party billing companies, Ashton and his partner quickly realized that these companies were not as efficient as needed and it was effecting their bottom line. Instead of continuing the search, they saw an opportunity and decided to stop the bleeding themselves by starting their own billing company. Thus, Total Care PT Billing was born. By hiring a billing staff with actual PT billing experience, partnering with Prompt Therapy Software, and knowing exactly what the needs of PT clinics are by owning one of their own…revenues increased and the bleeding stopped. Total Care PT Billing was solely designed to meet the specific needs of Physical Therapy clinics. We saw a desperate need in this space, as most third party billing companies do not specialize in physical therapy. Owning a physical therapy clinic ourselves, we know how tight the margins can be and that is why we built a billing company to not just capture all revenue, but to capture it quickly and increase your bottom line. With our expertise in PT specific billing and knowledge of day to day operations of a PT clinic, is what separates us from the existing third party billing companies

Sara Hicks

Sara is a Missouri native who has been living in Bella Vista, Arkansas since 2009. She attended Missouri Southern State University where she majored in Pre-Med with a minor in Secondary English Education. After college, her interests transitioned to the billing side of medicine where she has been flourishing for the last eight years. As Total Care PT Billing Solution’s Chief Billing Officer, Sara is directly responsible for the success and growth of the company. Her detailed and in-depth knowledge of PROMPT EMR and medical billing has made her an indispensable resource for the therapy clinics she directly works with. When Sara isn’t working, she can be found spending time with her son Spencer and dog Murphy. She enjoys reading, camping and kayaking.

Kylie Torres

Kylie brings with her more than 4 years combined experience in medical office administration, medical billing, and medical assisting. Her background includes positions as a clerical medical assistant, medical records technician, medical administrative assistant, and medical biller. In addition to physical therapy, she has worked in the specialties of family medicine, general practice, pediatrics, and cardiology. Her superior communication, attention to detail, and out-of-the-box thinking have proven to be a valued asset to the therapy clinics she works with. When Kylie isn't working, she can be found spending time at a local coffee shop, or at home perfecting her baking skills.

Jennylyn Manliclic

With eight years of experience in the medical billing sector, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to excellence. For five years, I served as a Financial Account Supervisor, leading a team to ensure tasks were executed with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. My expertise extends beyond numbers—I am proficient in ICD-10 coding and have hands-on experience in insurance verification, medical billing, and coding. Before specializing in physical therapy, I gained valuable experience in the podiatry field, further refining my meticulous approach to healthcare operations.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an avid animal lover and proud caretaker of my cherished canine companions.

Aja Coleman

Meet Aja Coleman. Aja has worked in the healthcare field for almost 20 years. She graduated from Liberty University with a Masters in Healthcare Administration and continued to gain valuable experience working in many different roles within offices of various medical specialties. Being able to view the steps involved in operating a medical clinic from so many different aspects gave her valuable insight into what may help a business operate most effectively and efficiently, and specifically the need for timely billing and reimbursement. This motivated her to earn her Certified Professional Coder certification through the AAPC in 2023. When she is not working or attending continuing education courses, she enjoys reading, running, music, and spending time with her family and 3 Yorkies.

Jennifer Malardier

Jennifer was born and raised in the Arkansas River Valley. She married her husband, Brandon, and decided early on that she would focus on family and raising her 2 sons, Braedon and Jacob. As her sons got older, and with life experiences in the medical and legal fields, Jennifer's focus changed and she decided to go back to school in 2013. She enrolled at Arkansas Tech University and by 2019 had obtained an associate degree in criminal justice, a bachelor’s in health information management, and minors in both prelaw and business management. After completing college, Jennifer worked in various legal and medical positions as a legal secretary, medical clinic registration specialist, legal case management, administrative assistant, and medical billing assistant. With Jennifer’s background, schooling, and enthusiastic personality we found her a perfect fit for our much-needed role as an Insurance Verification Specialist. When Jennifer isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors, fishing, kayaking, etc., watching football, and absolutely CALLING. THOSE. HOGS.

Tami Kinzey

Tami was in a military family and grew up all over the country. They finally retired to Springdale, AR in 1982. After graduation she went into the insurance billing field and has spent the last 35 years doing all aspects of billing for several specialities including Family Medical, Urology, Dermatology, OB GYN, Ophthalmology and now Physical Therapy. She is married with 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and camping.

Bambi Anaya

Bambi is passionate about billing and has specialized in Physical Therapy revenue cycle management for the last 20 years. She has spent the last 38 years living in the beautiful Sonoran desert enjoying the breathtaking sunsets and mountain views. As a happily married mother of three beautiful children, she enjoys spending time with her large extended family whenever possible. If she is not working, you can bet you can find her in the kitchen baking and cooking delicious treats. Most recently, she has taken up motorcycle riding to feed her craving for adrenaline.

With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I specialize in revenue cycle management with a strong focus on medical billing. Throughout my career, I have developed in-depth expertise in streamlining billing processes, ensuring compliance, and maximizing reimbursement. My background includes working closely with healthcare providers to optimize financial performance and maintain accurate, efficient billing systems. I am passionate about driving results and improving the overall revenue cycle in healthcare organizations

Moriah Sullens

With over seven years of experience in healthcare and benefits, I specialize in helping individuals navigate complex systems that directly impact their daily lives. I hold an Associate of Professional Studies and a Bachelor of General Studies, and I’m passionate about blending industry knowledge with a people-centered approach to problem-solving and support.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, coaching youth basketball and softball, and relaxing with my dogs. I'm also a proud Razorback fan—calling the Hogs is more than a cheer, it’s a way of life. Woo Pig Sooie!
